As a woman, I get how hormone imbalances can wreak havoc on your weight, metabolism, energy, mood, and self-esteem. I was diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism in college. I struggled with unhealthy weight fluctuations for several years. Through my own personal journey, I healed my body. Today, I am weight stable, off medication, and diagnosis-free. Learning how to develop a healthy, sustainable relationship with food has empowered me to help others do the same.
My Professional Background:
I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with my Masters in Human Nutrition Science. I am passionate about food and helping people find new, delicious ways to live healthfully. In 2021 and 2022 I worked as the RDN for 2 primary care doctors. In this role, I worked with patients to manage weight, improve glucose control, lower cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, and even wean off of medication. Although making dietary changes can be challenging, the outcomes are worth the journey.
I take a non-dieting approach to nutrition. Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? I believe food should be fun and our medicine. If you are living with chronic GI issues or hormone imbalances, it can cast fear and doubt over your food choices. I am here to debunk nutrition myths and educate on how nutrition can heal our hormones and gut issues! Together, we can choose foods that serve our bodies and ditch the foods that cause pain, inflammation, gut dysbiosis, and hormone imbalances. Once we learn what our bodies need, we can live our best selves.
What to Expect:
I am here to get your health back on track. I help men and women heal hormones by improving gut health, reducing systemic inflammation, improving nutrition, and managing stress. I work with women who struggle with hormone-related issues such as hypothyroidism, fatigue, PCOS, estrogen dominance, menopause, menstrual issues, acne, and poor energy. I also specialize in GI issues including constipation, diarrhea, IBD, IBS, acid reflux, GERD, SIBO, fatty liver, and non-diet approach to weight struggles. Together we can develop a plan that works for your lifestyle and food preferences.

Rates & Billing Details:
Single Sessions: $130 per hour ($33.00 per unit of 15 min)
90 Minute Intake Session: $185
*Discount Package for a 10% savings: 5 hour Follow Up Sessions: $585 ($117/hour)
